How the sales grade works
There are five letter grades: A, B, C, D, and F. The grade compares the standard deviation with the four-day mean. It measures their difference as a percentage of the absolute mean. A is closest; F is furthest away.

- BOver 10–20% away
- COver 20–35% away
- DOver 35–50% away
- FOver 50% away
If the mean is zero, the grade is N/A because a percentage cannot be calculated.
